Job summary

Oatey in Shakopee, Minnesota is seeking a reliable Material Handler to drive accurate inbound/outbound orders and uphold safety, quality and performance goals in a fast-paced distribution center.

You will manage daily shipping priorities, spot-audit orders, produce Bills of Lading, coordinate truck deliveries, and assist receiving. Strong English, 3+ years in DC work, and forklift certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least three years’ experience as a Material Handler in a distribution center.
• Forklift certification required.
• Strong communication in English, verbal and written.
• Proficient in reading labels and paperwork.
• Experience with WMS and Office software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily order flow and ensure on-time shipping.
• Audit orders for accuracy; prepare Bills of Lading.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound truckload deliveries and dock space.
• Operate dock, scan and stage cartons; ensure safety.
• Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to optimize space.
