The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and attention to detail. Experience with ERP systems and forklift operation is preferred, with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities against purchase orders, and inspect for damage or discrepancies.
• Prepare outbound shipments, including picking, packing, labeling, and staging for carrier pickup.
• Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts or other material handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records in ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and material staging for production.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Communicate with internal teams regarding material shortages, order status, and discrepancies.
