Job summary

TMI Climate Solutions LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to verify, inspect, and process incoming goods and coordinate internal deliveries. You will load/unload with a forklift, prepare packing lists, and ensure accurate inventory."

Responsibilities include managing BOM receipts, completing BOLs, and collaborating with Logistics to support production and after-sales needs. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years shipping and receiving in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supply the production line according to the schedule and priorities.
• Receive and identify incoming components and process receipts in ERP.
• Inspect materials against BOM, MOC, receipts and documents.
• Report non-conformances and quarantine as needed.
• Maintain storage areas and Kanban items for inventory accuracy.
• Participate in inventory counts and audits.
• Prepare shipping docs, packing slips, SDS, POs and provide tracking.
• Coordinate deliveries with Logistics and manage shipping and tracking.
• Handle loading, wrapping, slinging, and rigging for movement.
• Notify Supply Chain and Supervisors of shortages and issues.
