Job summary

TMI Climate Solutions LLC, part of Marmon Holdings—a Berkshire Hathaway company—seeks a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to verify, inspect, and process incoming and outbound materials within our plant. The role uses forklifts and cranes to move goods and supports inventory control and production scheduling.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in shipping/receiving in manufacturing, strong organizational skills, and solid English communication.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in shipping and receiving in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong sense of time, organization, and urgency.
• Able to work independently and within a team.
• Precise, thorough work with steady pace and quality output.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Supply the production line according to the schedule and priorities set by management.
• Receive and identify incoming components and materials, and process receipts in the ERP system.
• Inspect incoming components and materials against BOM, MOC, receipt slips, and documents.
• Prepare shipping documents, packing slips, SDS, and purchase order requests as needed.
• Coordinate deliveries with Logistics and track for customer complaints and after‑sales service.
• Maintain storage areas, manage Kanban items, and participate in inventory counts.
