Job summary

Charm Industrial is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to manage daily material flow, inbound/outbound shipments, and inventory control across our Colorado site. You will receive and inspect goods, coordinate freight, and ensure accurate documentation for internal teams including Operations, Engineering, and Facilities.

Responsibilities include dock scheduling, carrier coordination, and supporting Facilities work orders as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or a related operational environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day flow of materials, parts, and freight across the site.
• Receive, inspect, and document inbound goods; ensure inventory is stocked and accessible.
• Coordinate inbound freight, dock appointments, and carrier access.
• Prepare outbound shipments; verify carriers, freight class, dimensions, weights, and documentation.
• Maintain material flow and inventory control; process transfers between receiving, staging, storage, and shipping.
• Maintain shipping/receiving records for traceability; escalate issues as needed.
• Support Facilities tasks and site-related work orders as required.
