National Dentex Laboratories (NDX) seeks a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Specialist for the NDX Thoele Dental Laboratory in St. Cloud, MN.
The role supports packing, invoicing, data entry, and coordination with local drivers in a full-time capacity. Qualifications
- Must read, write, speak and understand English.
- High school diploma or equivalent; knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Unpack and sanitize new work following instructions with PPE.
- Sort and attach doctor prescriptions.
- Enter prescription information via Data Entry to schedule cases.
- Bill and invoice all finished cases and attach documents.
- Pack all completed cases securely for shipment.
- Verify and consolidate cases for shipping.
- Use UPS and FedEx software; maintain database integrity and naming conventions.
- Disburse cases for local drivers.
- Maintain sufficient shipping boxes on hand.
- Answer incoming calls as needed.
