Job summary

National Dentex Laboratories (NDX) seeks a Shipping & Receiving Specialist for the NDX Thoele Dental Laboratory in St. Cloud, MN. The role supports packing, data entry, and shipping processes to ensure accurate handling of dental cases.

Regular hours are 7:00 AM–4:30 PM Mon–Thu, with Friday mornings. Benefits include health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, paid holidays, vacation, sick time, 401K with company contribution, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

Unpacking and sanitizing new work as needed following instruction which includes wearing protective gear.
Sorts and attaches doctor prescriptions.
Enter prescription information via Data Entry to schedule cases.
Responsible for billing and invoicing all finished cases and will sort and attach.
Responsible for properly packing all completed cases.
Responsible for verifying and properly consolidating all cases to prepare for shipping.
Disburse cases for local drivers.
Maintain proper level of assembled shipping boxes.
Assist with answering incoming calls.
