Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to specifications.
• Generate shipping labels and packing lists and other required documents.
• Ensure shipments are documented, labeled and meet shipping requirements.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Verify received goods match purchase orders and packing slips, noting discrepancies.
• Document and enter received items into the inventory management system.
• Maintain organized and accurate records of all shipping and receiving activities.
• Communicate with carriers and vendors to arrange shipments and resolve issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols when handling shipments and materials.
