Job summary

Responsibilities

• Enter purchase orders into the computer system.
• Communicate PO status with internal customers, verbally and in writing.
• Perform filing duties and data entry tasks.
• Operate Microsoft Office software for reports and tracking.
• Prepare UPS shipments and pack parts for shipping.
• Verify shipping paperwork and labels; check packing slips.
• Drive and operate forklifts; load/unload trucks as needed.
• Identify non-conforming parts and disposition per QS-9000 standards.
