You will manage labels, packing lists, and required documents, while maintaining precise records. Responsibilities include inspecting incoming shipments, verifying items against orders, and entering data into the inventory system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics/supply chain training is an asset.
• Minimum one year of shipping and receiving experience or similar role.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and shipping/receiving software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to specifications.
• Generate and affix shipping labels, packing lists and documents.
• Ensure shipments are accurately documented and labeled.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Verify received goods against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Enter received items into the inventory management system and maintain records.
• Maintain organized records of all shipping and receiving activities.
• Coordinate with carriers, suppliers and vendors to arrange shipments and resolve issues.
• Follow safety protocols when handling shipments and materials.
