Job summary

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 year of shipping, logistics, warehouse, or related experience.
- Experience using shipping software and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to cross-train across multiple logistics functions.
Responsibilities
- Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
- Prepare shipping documents, labels, and bills of lading.
- Coordinate carrier pickups and resolve shipping issues.
- Verify outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Maintain shipment records within the ERP system.
- Complete damage claims and related documentation.
- Communicate shipping priorities with internal departments.
- Pull and stage materials for shipments and production needs.
- Locate missing inventory and assist with inventory accuracy.
- Restock warehouse pick locations.
- Enter and update inventory data within the ERP system.
- Support warehouse operations during absences and peak periods.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
