Job summary

Kettle Cuisine, LLC. in Lynn, MA is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for a full-time day shift. The role supports ongoing shipping and billing duties, inventory reconciliation, and data entry to ensure accurate records and timely product movement.

Ideal candidates have an associates degree or equivalent experience, 1–3 years in food manufacturing, and experience in temperature-controlled environments. Excellent teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree, or equivalent experience required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience in the food industry.
• Experience working in temperature-controlled settings.
• Experience with perishable items.
• On-the-job training of 0–3 months.

Responsibilities

• Always adhere to safe working practices.
• Coordinate the release of product from 3rd party storage facilities for shipping or pick-up.
• Ensure bills of ladings are completed correctly and promptly.
• Enter ASN data when required.
• Prepare and follow customer shipping requirements.
• Coordinate daily truckloads and assist with appointment schedules.
• Unload vehicles efficiently and timely when needed.
• Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow the company GMPs and maintain a clean shipping office.
