Kettle Cuisine is hiring a Food Manufacturing Quality Assurance Line Technician in Lynn, MA. This full-time role enforces HACCP, SQF, and GMPs, performing quality checks on in-process and finished products, documenting results, and supporting sanitation verifications in a fast-paced facility.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least 2+ years in food manufacturing, with basic math, computer skills, and strong attention to detail. Saturdays availability is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine tests on processing equipment and surfaces (e.g., accuracy of measurements, weight, and temperature).
• Monitor production line and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with GMP/HACCP.
• Maintain records for traceability and audits; document quality issues and deviations.
• Assist with GMP/HACCP compliance, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Calibrate equipment such as thermometers and temperature loggers; support food safety training.
