Responsibilities

• Test and inspect the environment, raw materials, and equipment for quality and safety.
• Monitor the production line and verify sanitation procedures.
• Assist with GMP/HACCP audits and maintain records for traceability.
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Support SQF program requirements and keep documentation up to date.
• Maintain retain samples and participate in process checks and sensory verifications.
