Job summary

Kettle Cuisine is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler in Lynn, MA for 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM shifts. You will manage inbound/outbound materials, operate a pallet jack and forklift, and scan inventory to production areas.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and collaboration with supervisors and team members. Qualifications include experience in warehouse/manufacturing, ability to lift 50 lbs, and English proficiency (bilingual a plus).

Qualifications

• Warehouse & Manufacturing experience preferred, in food industry
• Experience in temperature-controlled settings
• Understands inventory at a conceptual level
• Experience performing inventory transactions via scan gun
• Ability to operate a pallet jack and forklift
• Goal oriented and well organized
• Able to interact with supervisors and team members
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Bilingual or English speaking required
• Time management
• Planning and organizing

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and scan out raw materials from coolers, freezer, and warehouse to production rooms
• Communicate and resolve LPN variances
• Ensure safe working practices and clean work areas
• End-of-shift hand-off and shift change communications
• Operate equipment and follow GMPs and HCAPP guidelines
• Track transactions via Material Requirements Report
• Complete cycle counts when required
• Lead with new employees and temporary labor
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Adhere to safety procedures and quality standards
