Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous and efficient operation of shipping and billing duties.
• Assist in inventory management and reconciliation of 3rd party and internal levels.
• Coordinate release of product from storage facilities for shipping or pickup.
• Enter ASN data when required.
• Prepare and follow customer shipping requirements.
• Coordinate daily truck loads and appointment schedules.
• Unload vehicles efficiently and timely.
• Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Document and report GMP-compliant activities.
• Communicate issues or changes to supervisors and team.
