Job summary

RRD in Wisconsin is hiring a shipping/receiving assistant to support daily material movement, packing, and shipment of printed products. You will handle loading, unloading, and coordinating with carriers, while ensuring accuracy with bills of lading and shipping docs.

Shift is 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with hourly pay between $19 and $22.22. Ideal candidates have HS diploma and at least 3 years in shipping/ manufacturing support, strong organization, and a safety-conscious

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping/operational support.
• Strong knowledge of material tracking and inventory systems.
• Ability to operate forklifts and use basic hand tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipment and receipt of materials and finished products via freight or third-party carriers.
• Pack goods according to specifications and prepare bills of lading and shipping labels.
• Receive materials, unload trucks, verify against packing slips and logs.
• Maintain accurate records and support manufacturing with routine tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and process guidelines.
