Job summary

Nuage Designs in Chicago, IL is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate for a day shift 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM. You will own UPS shipments between our Miami hub and Chicago warehouse, ensure inbound product is complete and staged, and handle returns to Miami.

You will count items, report damages, update inventory records, track shipments daily, and help keep the warehouse clean and safe while following Nuage processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse, shipping and receiving, or inventory role.
• Accuracy with counts and details; catches mistakes before they leave the building.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet to look up tracking and update inventory records.
• Reliable attendance for a 7:00 AM start.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Receiving (from Miami): Receive UPS deliveries for Chicago orders and verify accuracy.
• Count items and document damaged or missing items the same day.
• Stage linen and chargers for each order so it is ready to load.
• Outbound Returns (to Miami): Count and report missing or damaged items, update records.
• Pack, label, and prepare orders for UPS shipment back to Miami.
• Track all inbound and outbound UPS shipments daily and escalate issues early.
• Keep the shipping area clean, organized, and safe; follow Nuage processes.
