Job summary

Administrative Resource Options Group in Glenview, IL is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to handle shipping, receiving, and inventory movements at the dock. You will prepare materials for shipping, wrap pallets, and load trucks with or without heavy machinery.

Requires ability to lift 50 lbs, stand/walk most of the day, basic computer skills, and safety training. Forklift experience/certification is a plus. This is a full-time, Mon-Fri role with 8:00 am–4:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for most of the day.
• Basic computer experience and use of scanners.
• Experience with shipping/receiving and inventory records.
• Safety training completed and followed in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for shipping and create/wrap pallets.
• Load materials onto trucks with or without heavy machinery.
• Receive incoming materials, record inventory, and stock items.
• Document all shipments and maintain organized materials.
• Assist with internal/external deliveries and mail handling.
