Job summary

Hamilton Connections, Inc. in Stamford, CT is seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team. You will handle incoming UPS deliveries, prepare and label outgoing UPS shipments, and maintain accurate inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This full-time, day-shift role (Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM) offers a stable schedule, health benefits, and an opportunity to contribute to organized, efficient shipping operations with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory preferred.
• Familiar with UPS shipping and labeling procedures.
• Ability to count, organize, and track inventory accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming UPS deliveries.
• Prepare, package, and label outgoing UPS shipments.
• Perform scale counting to verify quantities of parts and materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock organization.
• Organize and maintain the shipping and receiving department.
• Ensure shipments are properly labeled, documented, and ready for pickup.
• Assist with general warehouse and material handling duties as needed.
