National Dentex Labs in Athens, TN, is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to handle case intake, packing and shipping, scheduling, and data entry in the LIS system.

You will assist with billing questions, route deliveries, answer calls, and maintain accuracy under minimal supervision while supporting a team focused on quality dental restorations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some billing experience preferred.
• Proficient data entry and computer skills required.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, open, and disinfect cases for production.
• Pack and ship cases via local sources or national carriers.
• Schedule each case and enter demographics in LIS.
• Print notes and route deliveries as needed.
• Invoice cases and assist with billing questions.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries from customers.

We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have several labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Shipping & Receiving Specialist opportunity at NDX Rogers located in Athens, TN.

Working Hours

The regular scheduled hours for this position are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday and 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities And Essential Functions Of The Position

• Able to perform all functions/responsibilities of Shipping and Receiving Clerk and has the ability and responsibility to schedule cases and/or invoice cases.
• Receives case, opens case and disinfects case for production.
• Packs and ships case for delivery through local source or national carrier.
• Performs the scheduling function for each case.
• Through LIS enter demographics and customer information.
• Print preference notes matching to case.
• Move case into production area.
• Invoices cases and assists with billing questions or issues.
• Scanning of paperwork for each case for electronic storage.
• Answer all incoming calls.
• Respond to all inquiries from customer's office.
• Refers all technical inquires to appropriate team member.
• Route delivery when needed.
• All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education And Experience Required
