• Invoicing cases and assists with billing questions or issues.
• Package outgoing cases for delivery.
• Label boxes and place on correct delivery shelf for driver delivery.
• Enter cases to be shipped via a shipping vendor into the appropriate system.
• Scanning paperwork.
• Check all shelves for misplaced cases or other items.
• All other duties as assigned.

Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have several labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Billing Specialist opportunity at NDX Green in Heber Springs, AR. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.

The regular scheduled hours for this position are from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities And Essential Functions Of The Position

• Invoices cases and assists with billing questions or issues
• Package outgoing cases for delivery
• Clean and dry case pans
• Label boxes and place on correct delivery shelf for driver delivery
• Enter cases to be shipped via a shipping vendor into the appropriate system
• Scanning paperwork
• Check all shelves for misplaced cases or other items
• All other duties as assigned

Minimum Education And Experience Required

• Preferred: High school diploma or GED equivalent
• No experience required
