Job summary

National Dentex Laboratories (NDX) is seeking a Customer Service Representative at the NDX Rogers Dental Lab in Athens, Tennessee. The position supports customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m.

to 1:00 p.m. on Friday. The role offers full-time employment with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, paid holidays, vacation and sick time,

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Experience with data entry and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
• Resolve issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members as needed.
• Refer technical inquiries to the appropriate specialists.
• Route deliveries when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have several labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, and we are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Customer Service Representative opportunityat NDX Rogers Dental Lab in Athens, TN.

The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:

• Answering Customer Inquiries: responding to customer questions via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
• Resolving Issues and Complaints: addressing and resolving customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
• Providing Product Information: offering accurate and helpful details about products and services.
• Processing Payments: processing payments.
• Maintaining Accurate Records: keeping track of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborating with Other Departments: working with departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues.
• Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: striving to provide a positive and helpful experience to all customers.
• Escalating Issues: knowing when and how to **escalate** complex issues to appropriate personnel.
• Refers all technical inquires to appropriate team member
• Route delivery when needed
• All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

• Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Customer Service experience required

Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used:

• Disinfectant process chemicals
• Personal protective equipment as required.
• Insert hazardous materials and/or equipment

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach
• Exhibit fine motor skills and/or perform repetitive motions

• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
