Job summary

NDX Affinity in Louisville, KY is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to support shipping, receiving and case scheduling within a dental lab environment. You will enter demographics, manage invoices, and help ensure accurate clerical workflows.

The ideal candidate will have data entry experience, solid computer skills, and strong attention to detail to support daily production and customer fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and verify information for accuracy.

• Handle daily customer inquiries and fulfillment duties.

Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have several labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Data Entry Clerk opportunity at NDX Affinity located in Louisville, KY.

The regular scheduled hours for this position are from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities And Essential Functions Of The Position

• Able to perform all functions/responsibilities of Shipping and Receiving Clerk and has the ability and responsibility to schedule cases and/or invoice cases.
• Receives case, opens case and disinfects case for production. Packs and ships case for delivery through local source or national carrier.
• Performs the scheduling function for each case
• Through LIS enter demographics and customer information
• Print preference notes matching to case.
• Move case into production area.
• Invoices cases and assists with billing questions or issues
• Scanning of paperwork for each case for electronic storage
• Running, fulfilling and shipping daily customer fulfillments
• Daily stocking of Shipping & Receiving supplies
• Sort paperwork for scanning
• Maintenance duties to include, but not limited to... Change soap in dispensers, Trash removal, Emptying boil out, changing sink traps in production
• Customer service- outbound & inbound calls
• All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education And Experience Required

• Preferred: High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Some billing experience, preferred
