Job summary

National Dentex Labs in Mechanicsburg, PA, is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to support dental case workflow. The role requires coordinating case schedules, verifying details with customers, and ensuring timely processing from intake to shipping.

The position runs 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, full-time, with emphasis on accuracy, communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced dental lab environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology (preferred).
• No prior experience required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Unpack and sanitize new work per SOP.
• Attach prescriptions, notes, and related documents to the case pan.
• Call customers to verify and gather information to schedule cases.
• Schedule incoming cases.
• Invoice finished cases.
• Pack and consolidate completed cases for shipping.
• Sort and ship packages requiring express services.
• Disburse cases for local drivers.
• Maintain adequate stock of assembled shipping boxes.
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe work area free of debris.
• Answer telephones.
• Assist with filing and scanning completed paperwork.
• Assist with supply requests as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Primary Responsibilities

Minimum Education and Experience
