Cst Industries, Inc. in Parsons, KS is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Manager to lead two direct reports and optimize the flow of goods from inbound to outbound. You will coordinate shipments, supervise loading, prepare BOLs and invoices, and ensure accurate ERP updates.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on experience with shipping documentation and KPI analytics, and collaboration with production, sales, procurement, and project teams to keep orders ready to ship.

Qualificações

• 2 to 4 years recent experience creating BOLs and international shipping documents.
• 5 to 7 years recent leadership experience in Shipping & Receiving or Logistics, preferred in Manufacturing industry.
• 5 to 7 years recent experience working with ERP systems.
• 2 to 4 years recent experience in KPI analytics desired.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PP).
• Highly organized and self-motivated.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate daily with carriers for rates and scheduling.
• Create BOLs, packing lists, and commercial invoices documents for all shipments – Domestic and International.
• Provide shipping quotes to team when requested.
• Track KPI’s for your site and report monthly to Direct of Logistics and Transportation.
• Manage the loading process for outbound shipments.
• Report daily on all orders shipped and received and updated in ERP.
• Review weekly billing from carriers to pricing agreement and quotes.
• Act as escalation point with local carriers as needed.
• Proactively communicate with production, sales, procurement, project managers, and others to communicate needs.
