Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recent experience creating BOLs and international shipping documents.
• 5–7 years in shipping, receiving, or logistics with leadership roles.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proficient in KPI analytics.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with carriers for rates and scheduling.
• Create BOLs, packing lists, and invoices for domestic and international shipments.
• Provide shipping quotes when requested.
• Track KPIs and report monthly to Logistics leadership.
• Oversee loading and outbound shipments.
• Report orders shipped/received and update ERP.
• Review weekly carrier billing in line with pricing agreements.
• Coordinate with production, sales, and procurement to ensure orders ship.
