Job summary

EnviroLogix is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Lead to manage the shipping/receiving functions, inventory, and documentation. You will lead a team, coordinate with customer service, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining SQDC standards.

The role requires 2–5 years in manufacturing operations and a strong safety mindset. Responsibilities include daily scheduling, labor allocation, and leading team huddles with a focus on continuous improvement and accurate ERP transactions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience within manufacturing operations.
• High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to SQDC standards.

Responsibilities

• Create daily schedules and allocate labor needs.
• Lead daily team huddle and review prior day’s performance.
• Maintain Visual Boards and present to Ops leadership daily.
• Issuing Material and Labor to Jobs in ERP System.
• Coordinate with customer service to ensure on-time delivery.
• Train team members and coordinate cross-training with documentation.
