Job summary

Professional Packaging Systems urgently seeks a Shipping and Receiving Manager in Charlotte, NC to lead daily operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safety and GMP compliance. You will manage inventory, coordinate with logistics, and mentor staff to meet production goals.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with WMS/ERP, and the ability to analyze production data to set targets. 60k–65k/year, 7:00am–4:00pm, full-time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of WMS and/or ERP system experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work additional hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Plant Manager.
• Maintains overall responsibility for Shipping and Receiving department functions.
• Monitors department performance against goals and metrics.
• Ensures compliance with safety rules and GMPs.
• Trains personnel on policies, procedures, and systems.
