Job summary

Qual Pac Charlotte is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Manager to lead the Shipping and Receiving department and drive Lean improvements. The role reports to the Plant Manager and oversees safety, GMP compliance, and daily operations in a 60k–65k salary range.

Located near Charlotte, NC, the position features standard M-F hours and requires strong organizational and leadership skills, with experience in WMS/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of WMS and/or ERP system experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.
• Proficient in PC-based software within a Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Plant Manager.
• Maintains responsibility for all Shipping and Receiving department functions.
• Implements and enforces company policies, procedures, and rules.
• Monitors performance against goals and metrics.
• Leads daily staff meetings and safety compliance.
• Coordinates with customers’ logistics departments and carriers.
• Oversees inventory and warehouse activities, including GMPs adherence.
