Job summary

We Pack Logistics in Maxton, NC, seeks a Packaging Manager to lead contract packaging and repack operations. This hands-on leader will drive safety, quality, and cost efficiency, overseeing labor, machine performance, and material movements to meet targets and customer specs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or 4+ years related experience, strong communication, and solid leadership to engage the team effectively. Monday–Friday schedule with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven leadership abilities and ability to engage with all team members positively.

Responsibilities

• Manages the daily execution of packaging work at locations of responsibility to ensure the highest level of customer service.
• Ensures the packaging function executes work efficiently and profitably while partnering closely to meet all customer needs.
• Oversees the planning function and personnel for the packaging operation.
• Supports Production Supervisor in staffing by working with internal and external staffing partners while meeting financial targets.
• Collaborates with warehousing to guarantee a seamless, single service for the customer.
