Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage inventory, warehouse, and shipping/receiving functions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy at 98% or higher.
• Analyze data and perform root cause analysis with corrective actions.
• Ensure accurate production reporting and implement procedures for reporting.
• Provide reports to Scheduler on inventory valuation and variances.
• Supervise staff and provide instruction, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Establish annual department and individual performance goals.
• Maintain communication with Praxis customers.
• Review training programs to ensure SOP compliance.
• Ensure proper training and safety procedures are followed.
• Produce monthly slow-moving/obsolete and hold/rework inventory reports.
• Expedite operations to meet schedules.
• Verify time cards daily for payroll.
