Job summary

Quality Packaging (Qual Pac) is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Manager in Charlotte, NC. The role reports to the Site Manager and oversees all shipping/receiving functions, inventory, and compliance with GMPs.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of WMS/ERP experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position offers a stable daytime schedule, opportunities for process improvement, and collaboration with Production and Logistics teams to ensure on-time fulfillment and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of WMS and/or ERP experience.
• Strong supervisory and managerial abilities.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Site Manager.
• Maintains Shipping and Receiving department functions.
• Ensures compliance with GMPs and safety rules.
• Manages inventory and physical counts.
• Liaises with customers’ logistics departments and carriers.
• Trains Shipping and Receiving personnel on policies and systems.
• Oversees department discipline and adherence to procedures.
• Works with Production and Supply Chain leadership to meet needs.
