Qualifications

• 7–10 years in shipping/receiving management.
• Experience in food manufacturing and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the shipping and receiving department, focusing on safety, FSQA, productivity, cost, and team engagement.
• Plan daily labor utilization and efficiency through crewing and task assignment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, COA compliance, temperature verification, and FIFO for materials.
