Job summary

NR Consulting seeks an experienced Shipping/Receiving Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Danville, Kentucky. You will lead warehouse staff, manage inventory, and ensure timely shipping and receiving.

You will drive Lean, 5S and standard work, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with logistics, procurement and customer service teams to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of manufacturing experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or materials management.
• Previous Warehouse Manager or similar leadership experience.
• Experience with SAP/WMS and inventory management systems.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety and Lean/continuous improvement practices.
