We Pack Logistics in Maxton, NC is seeking a Packaging Manager to lead contract packaging and repack operations. This hands-on leader will focus on safety, quality, continuous improvement, and labor cost management while meeting production targets and customer specifications.

The role oversees labor, machine performance, and material movements, collaborates with warehousing, and engages with staffing partners to align staffing with demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years related experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills and positive engagement with the team.

Responsibilities

• Manages the daily execution of packaging work at locations of responsibility to ensure the highest level of customer service.
• Ensures the packaging function operates efficiently and profitably while meeting customer needs.
