Job summary

Professional Packaging Systems (Pro Pac) is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Supervisor in Charlotte, NC. The role oversees all shipping/receiving functions, ensures GMP compliance, and partners with production and supply chain leadership to meet demand.

Salary ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience, with regular M-F hours and a focus on safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced packaging environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of WMS and/or ERP system experience.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.
• Able to work additional hours as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Site Manager.
• Maintains responsibility for all Shipping and Receiving functions.
• Enforces company policies and procedures per handbook.
• Monitors department performance against goals and metrics.
• Participates in daily staff meetings.
• Ensures safety rules and GMP compliance are followed.
• Conducts investigations and supports internal audits.
• Oversees inventory, WMS operations, and carrier liaison.
• Partners with Production and Supply Chain to meet shipping needs.
• Leads performance reviews and coaching for staff.
