Serpa Packaging Solutions, a ProMach company, seeks a Shipping/Receiving Supervisor to lead the logistics team, optimize inventory control, and ensure on-time delivery of machines and parts. You will supervise personnel, improve processes, and coordinate with production and aftermarket teams to meet schedules.

The role requires 4+ years in inventory/shipping in manufacturing, supervisory experience, ERP proficiency (Syteline preferred), and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, shipping & receiving, or logistics in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of shipping/receiving processes and inventory handling.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Syteline preferred) and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills.
• Forklift cert is a plus; safety-oriented mindset.

Responsabilités

• Prioritize, schedule, and delegate work for shipping, receiving, and inventory personnel.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and train logistics staff.
• Manage daily personnel issues with management coordination.
• Ensure ERP accuracy of inventory locations and transactions.
• Oversee cycle counts and variance reduction initiatives.
• Prepare shipments via FedEx, UPS, and carriers; manage schedules.
• Maintain safe packaging, labeling, and documentation.
• Transfer materials using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Collaborate with Operations, Production, and Aftermarket teams.
