Job summary

United States Cold Storage, Inc. is seeking a Welcome Center Associate and Security Guard to support day-to-day warehouse operations.

You will oversee check-in/out, trailer verification, yard inspections, and driver paperwork while maintaining professional relationships with carriers and customers. Responsibilities include coordinating with drivers, entering data in the WMS, verifying documents, and ensuring accurate order completion before release.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and ability to interact with carriers and customers.
• Ability to interpret packing slips and use a WMS to track goods.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Good reading and arithmetic skills; able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound/outbound movements with carriers.
• Enter data into the WMS and process inbounds/outbounds.
• Verify driver identification and assign dock doors.
• Prepare bill documentation and ensure drivers have correct paperwork.
• Report overages/shortages and communicate issues to supervisor.
