United States Cold Storage Inc. seeks a Shipping and Receiving Associate for the nights (Thursday–Sunday, 7pm–5:30am) in Hebron, IN. You’ll coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, use the WMS to track products, and ensure accurate dock operations.

Strong attention to detail and customer service are essential for success. You will verify driver IDs, manage paperwork, and collaborate with carriers and customers to resolve issues while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced cold storage

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Customer service oriented.
• Able to interpret packing slips.
• Familiar with WMS to process goods in the warehouse.
• Physically able to stand, walk, lift, and perform tasks for warehouse duties.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with carriers regarding inbound/outbound movements.
• Enter product and shipment data into the system and process paperwork.
• Verify driver identification and assign dock doors; check in/check out.
• Maintain knowledge of product location and ensure accurate release of orders.
• Identify and report overages, shortages, defects, or issues to supervisor.
