Job summary

United States Cold Storage Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Clerk to manage inbound and outbound movements, validate paperwork, and coordinate with carriers and drivers.

You will enter data into the warehouse system, generate documentation, and ensure accuracy of orders and charges while maintaining strong relationships with customers and transport partners. Qualifications

• Customer service oriented.
• Familiar with and able to interpret packing slips
• Use a WMS to process and track the flow of goods coming and going from the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with carriers and other contacts regarding inbound and outbound movements of product.
• Enter data from carrier/customers paperwork to properly process inbounds.
• Generate the bill documentation and confirm driver paperwork and destination.
• Assist Customer Accounts with posting inbound and outbound shipments.
• Maintain professional relationships with carriers and customers.
