Job summary

Ekf-Diagnostic is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to prepare outbound shipments and receive incoming goods in a busy warehouse. You will organize inventory for easy retrieval, verify documents, and coordinate with Supply Chain and Customer Service to ensure accurate shipping information.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year of logistics/shipping experience, with proficiency in Excel/Word/Outlook and ERP/WMS systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 1 year logistics, or shipping and receiving experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of ERP, WMS, or other inventory management systems.
• Forklift certification preferred or able to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Review shipping documents and prepare current day shipments.
• Greet deliveries, process paperwork quickly and accurately.
• Verify items against records and ensure proper labeling and storage.
• Maintain inventory control and conduct cycle counts as needed.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and move materials.
