Job summary

Chase is seeking a Transactions Specialist IV in Global Document Services to lead the Shipping and Receiving team, assign tasks, and ensure SLAs are met. You will operate warehouse equipment and maintain inventory while driving safety and efficiency.

You will collaborate with Client Services and cross-train across departments to support continuous improvement and reliable operations in a 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow and assign tasks to meet SLAs.
• Lead, train, and cross-train team members in Warehouse and Dispatch.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other lift equipment safely.
• Prepare pallets using shrink wrap and banding devices.
• Organize and audit inventory, reconciling volumes.
• Monitor and respond to email communications promptly.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean work environment.
• Perform minor equipment maintenance as required.
• Communicate with vendors about shipments.
• Escalate issues and generate incident tickets as needed.
• Manifest mail files and generate shipping labels.
