Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials, inspect documentation, and ensure accuracy.
• Distribute materials to proper locations and support production needs.
• Enter receipts into the ERP system and route according to SOPs.
• Package outgoing shipments and verify shipping documents.
• Schedule shipments with approved couriers and complete admin documentation.
• Maintain clean work areas and support Kanban inventory processes.
• Assist with purchasing-related activities as needed.
