Responsibilities include receiving, packing, inventory control, using WMS/ERP, cycle counts, audit shipments, maintain records, and coordinate with QA on quality status.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate degree or certification in related field preferred.
• Knowledge of Hazmat, export compliance and shipping laws.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing shipping/receiving role.
• Forklift experience and certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and quality minded.
• Team orientation and ability to work with others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving and stowing, picking and packing, shipping, inventory management and documentation.
• Optimize layouts, workflows and warehouse space usage.
• Monitor safety and security of goods and materials.
• Use WMS/ERP or similar systems to track and analyze processes.
• Review orders for special requests and shipping information.
• Receive shipments, match to orders and move to inventory.
• Audit items and provide transportation requirements.
• Audit BOMs to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain inventory records and reconcile counts weekly.
• Coordinate with QA on shipping quality status and discrepancies.
• Assemble PO specs and forecast with inventory control.
