Job summary

Baron Weather Inc. is seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving/Facilities Clerk to manage inbound and outbound materials and assist with facilities upkeep. This on-site, full-time role operates during standard business hours in Huntsville, AL.

The position requires organized, detail-oriented individuals who can lift up to 50 lbs, work across multiple priorities, and communicate with carriers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and proper maintenance scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior shipping/receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating vendors or facilities/maintenance exposure is a plus.
• Comfortable using inventory software, email and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments; log accuracy and damage.
• Pack outbound shipments; generate labels and documentation.
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and resolve issues.
• Maintain inventory records and update tracking systems.
• Maintain stockroom/warehouse organization and safety.
