Job summary

Baron Weather Inc. is hiring a Shipping & Receiving/Facilities Clerk in Huntsville, AL to manage inbound/outbound materials and support facilities upkeep. This is a full-time, on-site role with standard business hours.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, packing, coordinating with carriers, maintaining inventory, and assisting with basic facilities maintenance and safety tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse, or logistics preferred.
• Experience coordinating vendors or facilities maintenance a plus.
• Comfortable with basic computer systems (inventory software, email, spreadsheets).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments.
• Pack outbound shipments and prepare labels.
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stockroom.
• Assist facilities with upkeep and safety tasks.
