Job summary
Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division in Youngsville, NC is hiring a Receiving Coordinator - 1st Shift at our Innovation Loop site. Pay is $20.00 per hour, with core hours 6:30am–3:00pm.
You will enter shipping/receiving data, coordinate with customers, and resolve invoicing and on-hand count issues in the warehouse.
The role emphasizes accuracy, SAP familiarity, safety, 5S+ practices, and opportunities for overtime and career progression.
Qualifications
- One year of experience in logistics or warehouse environment.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Relocation assistance is not available; only candidates in the immediate area (50 mile radius) considered.
Responsibilities
- Enter data for shipping/receiving orders and coordinate with customers to resolve invoicing issues.
- Ensure the accuracy of transaction documents for incoming/outgoing material.
- Evaluate shipments for adherence to state, federal and global restrictions.
- Serve as a SAP system resource on the team and schedule transportation for shipments.
- Assist with loading/unloading, scanning and tagging as needed.
- Adhere to environmental, health and safety rules and regulations.
- Provide process and safety improvement ideas and apply 5S+ principles.
