Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Shipping Coordinator - Raw Materials for the 1st shift at the Youngsville, NC facility. The role involves data entry for shipping/receiving orders and collaborating with customers to resolve invoicing and on-hand count issues in the warehouse.

Key duties include ensuring accuracy of incoming/outgoing material documents, scheduling transportation for truckload and LTL shipments, and supporting SAP-based operations while adhering to safety and 5S+

Qualifications

One year of experience in logistics or warehouse environment.
High School Diploma or GED required from an accredited educational institution.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Relocation assistance is not available; candidates in a 50-mile radius will be considered.

Responsibilities

Enter data for shipping/receiving orders and coordinate with customers to resolve issues.
Ensure accuracy of transaction documents for incoming/outgoing material.
Evaluate shipments for compliance with state, federal and global restrictions.
Schedule transportation for truckload and less-than-truckload shipments.
Assist loading/unloading, scanning, and tagging as needed.
Adhere to environmental, health, safety rules and 5S+ standards.
