Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Shipping Coordinator for the 1st shift at our Youngsville, NC facility. The role centers on data entry for shipping/receiving, coordinating with customers to resolve invoicing and on-hand issues, and ensuring accurate paperwork.

You will support SAP operations, schedule truckload and LTL shipments, and assist with loading/unloading while adhering to health, safety, and environmental rules. Some overtime and career growth opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in logistics or warehouse environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Relocation assistance is not available; candidates within a 50-mile radius only; Active Duty Military Service members exempt.

Responsibilities

• Enter data for shipping/receiving orders and coordinate with customers to resolve invoicing and on-hand counts.
• Ensure accuracy of transaction documents for incoming/outgoing material.
• Evaluate shipments for compliance with state, federal and global restrictions.
• Serve as SAP system expert on the team.
• Schedule transportation for truckload and LTL shipments.
• Assist loading/unloading, scanning, and tagging as needed.
• Adhere to EH&S rules and maintain a safe work environment.
• Provide process and safety improvement ideas.
• Support 5S+ practices to keep the area clean and organized.
